ANNOUNCES A BUDGET OVERSIGHT HEARING

District of Columbia Public Schools (Public Witnesses)

Councilmember David Grosso announces the scheduling of the Budget Oversight Hearing on the D.C.P.S. (Public Witnesses). The hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 28, 2018 in Hearing Room 412 of the John A. Wilson Building.

The Committee invites the public to testify or submit written testimony. Those who wish to testify may sign-up online at http://bit.do/educationhearings or call the Committee on Education at (202) 724-8061 by 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2018. Persons wishing to testify are encouraged to bring 10-15 copies of their written testimony.  

If you are unable to testify at the hearing, written statements are encouraged and will be made a part of the official record.  Written statements should be submitted by email to Ashley Strange, Committee Assistant, at astrange@dccouncil.us, or by post to the Committee on Education, Council of the District of Columbia, Suite 116 of the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004. The record will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.
